These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MikroBI DevKit ("the Site", available at mikrobi.hu). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Description of the service
MikroBI DevKit provides a collection of free, browser-based developer utilities (hash generators, encoders, formatters, generators, and similar tools) that run client-side and are cached for offline use as a Progressive Web App. No account or registration is required.
Use at your own risk
The tools are provided for convenience and general-purpose use. You are responsible for independently verifying any output (such as a generated hash, identifier, or random value) before relying on it, especially for security-sensitive or production purposes. MikroBI DevKit makes no guarantee that any tool is fit for a particular purpose.
No warranty
The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of MikroBI DevKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Because the tools run entirely in your own browser, the operator has no visibility into, and no responsibility for, the data you process with them.
Advertising
MikroBI DevKit is free to use and is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense, as described in the Privacy Policy. Ads are only loaded while your device is online and never at the cost of shifting the page layout.
Intellectual property
The Site's name, design, and underlying code are the property of the operator or its licensors, except where otherwise noted. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Site without prior permission.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
